All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP).
Prices shown are final and include VAT where applicable.
Secure Processing
Your payment is processed by reputable third-party payment processors that comply with PCI DSS Level 1 standards. We do not store full card details on our servers. The checkout is protected by SSL/TLS encryption.
Authorisation & Capture
When you place an order, your card issuer may place an authorisation hold. We capture the payment only when your order is confirmed. If a payment is declined or flagged for fraud by our fraud-prevention systems, the order will not be processed and you will be notified.
Billing Descriptor
Your statement may show NidoNest or a similar descriptor associated with our payment processing partner.
Currency & Fees
All charges are in GBP. If your card uses another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
Fraud Prevention
We use automated checks (including 3D Secure or strong customer authentication where applicable) to protect our customers and may decline transactions that cannot be verified.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only. Once issued, the funds typically appear within 5β10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
